Education:
The graduate of John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, MA in Economics.
Postgraduate studies in Financial and Management Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and Accounting at the Poznan University of Economics. Currently he continues learning in an MBA programme. He holds professional qualifications for service in finance and bookkeeping management (47283/2010).

Work experience:
Since December 2014 he has carried out the function of CFO in DMBH company, where he is responsible for finances and reporting. He has cooperated with the Citi Group since march 2006, when he started to work as the Financial Controller in the Bank Handlowy and
as a CFO and a Member of the Management Board in Handlowy-Leasing LLC.
From April 2011 to December 2014 he was the President of the Management Board of Handlowy-Leasing LLC, at that time he successfully reorganized the company. Presently he is the Member of the Managing Board of Handlowy-Leasing LLC.
From 1998 to February 2006 he worked in PEKAO Group as the main Financial Analyst, later the Director of Financial Analysis Department and then as the Director of the Finance Division in leasing companies of the Group. During his career he obtained a specialization in the area of financial and management reporting, planning and finance analyses, and strategic planning. He gained especially wide experience in restructuring and optimizing taxes. During his private professional activity as an independent consultant he took part in many consulting projects and due diligence and he is an author to many business plans and studies on exercising the financial projects based on UE resources.
