Principal duties of the POK staff are to perform instructions submitted by Clients.
The POK allows the full scope of services to be performed in respect to the investment account, starting with execution of agreements, through placing of orders to the WSE and BondSpot, registration for public offerings, performing transfers and withdrawal of cash.
The POK has computer stations with information and analytical bulletins available to investors, including Reuters Service Poland (RSP).

The POK could be open at different hours during non-session days or short-session days (e.g. Good Friday, 24th December – Christmas Eve, 31st December).
