MIFID Regulations (general)
In effort to perform its duties towards Clients at the highest possible level, Maklerski Banku Handlowego SA operates in accordance with standards set forth in the MIFID Directive – Directive 2004/39/EU of the European Parliament and Council of 21st April 2004 on the financial instruments market and the following executive acts issued to the MIFID Directive: Commission Directive 2006/73/EC of 10th August 2006 implementing Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards organizational requirements and operating conditions for investment firms and defined terms for the purposes of that Directive , Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1287/2006 of 10th August 2006 implementing Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards recordkeeping obligations for investment firms, transaction reporting, market transparency, admission of financial instruments to trading, and defined terms for the purposes of that Directive.
Terms of use
Internet services are generally available, except for certain analytical reports and information available solely to our Clients having access to the appropriate service packs. User of the service who does not have full access to the services will receive limited access to data including, in particular, delayed market information, without access rights to company analyses and selected published information. The service is of informational nature, only. DMBH undertakes all efforts to make the presented data complete and reliable, but cannot guarantee their correctness and excludes all and any liability for decisions made based on such information. DMBH uses in particular the following sources of information:

The WSE Bulletin is the only reliable source of information. The BondSpot S.A. Information Bulletin is the only reliable source of information about trading on the BondSpot platform.
Users of the service may use the information and data made available by DMBH for their own purposes, only, and are not entitled to disseminated, reproduce (copy), transmit, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast in radio, TV and through the Internet or transmit or make otherwise available any such information in any form or format. The user bears full liability for violating this prohibition.
Security issues
DMBH S.A. reserves itself the right to:
- partly or entirely block access to the service without prior notification upon disclosing any failure, including but not limited to unauthorized access, attempted violation of existing security measures or attempted blocking of the service; what does blocking of the service mean?
- withdraw the issued full access into the system with immediate effect upon forfeiting of the rights upon which such access was granted, including: failure to pay the required fees, closing of the investment account or giving the account an inactive status or when the Client fails to adhere to the principles of using the service;
- DMBH is not liable for any damage caused to Clients and prospective Clients of DMBH by an unauthorized person who has acquired means allowing access to the service in a manner for which DMBH is not responsible.
Conflict of interest (general)
Rendering of services in trading with financial instruments may create situations generating potential of factual conflicts of interest between interests of Clients and those of the service provider (including employees of the service provider).Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego S.A. (DMBH) hereby recognizes and confirms its legal, regulatory and ethical duties associated with effective management of potential or factual conflicts of interest, which could be associated with the risk of violating Client interests.
DMBH has introduced internal procedure regulating management of conflict of interest situations to manage such situations efficiently.
