This section explains the principles of processing personal data information at Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego S.A. in respect to data made available to us by the Client when using this web page. We aim to provide the same level of Client personal data protection in the Internet as is assured to our Client at the Brokerage House.
Our Internet offer allows our Clients to acquaint with descriptions of our products and services, read our reports, acquaint with employment offers and to receive current information and offers, without the Client being requested to disclose any personal information.
However, it our Client transfers information containing his/her personal data, such as domicile address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number or other identification data, such information will not be disclosed (for general use, sales or for our contact purposes) to any external organization, unless we have been authorized to do so beforehand by our Client, or our duty to disclose such information results from the applicable laws. Such information, as well as the scope of business activities of our Client and his transactions, shall be processed in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles prevailing at our Brokerage House.
In our continuing effort to improve our services, we shall send a small file to Client’s browser, to be stored on the Client’s computer and read by our Internet server (the ”cookies”). Such cookie cannot be read by any web server, except for the one that had initially transmitted such a cookie. The cookie will be used to perform a number of administrative tasks, e.g. to store Client’s preferences as to information of specific type or Client’s password, which need not be entered each time when opening our web page. Majority of such cookies exist only during the session of web page visit. None of them will contain any information allowing other persons to contact the Client by either e-mail or electronic advertising. The Client is able to configure his web browser to inform whenever cookies are sent or to block sending of such information cookies.

Security of your personal data is our top priority. Such data is protected in accordance with the applicable regulations, and the best available rigorous physical and electronic procedures. Our staff has been trained in proper processing of Client data. Should any of our services be vested with third parties, we require them to apply the same level of information protection as applicable at our Brokerage House.
