- Client services associated with operating of the securities account, derivative rights account, property rights account and money account,
- Organization and providing services to clients in non-public trading organized through the DMBH,
- Current control and supervision over internal processes associated with rendering services to individual Clients,

Citigold Sales/Traders
Basic tasks:
Individual telephone-based services to selected Client groups (VIPs) in respect to brokerage services provided by DMBH.
Typical activities performed by the Citigold Sales/Traders:
- Regular contact with Clients in the scope resulting from individual needs of Clients,
- Acceptance and performance of buy/sell orders for financial instruments traded on the organized market (WSE and BondSpot),
- Transfer of current and general market information,
- Accepting registration for securities offered on public market, in the distribution of which DMBH participates,
- Accepting other instructions within the scope of services offered by DMBH and rendering of services associated with the investment account,
- Informing Clients of products available through DMBH, distribution of information, materials, analyses and marketing materials.
