Our activities include:
- Providing services to individuals and selected institutional clients in sale of products offered by DMBH,
- Client services associated with operating of the securities account, derivative rights account, property rights account and money account,
- Organization and providing services to clients in non-public trading organized through the DMBH,
- Current control and supervision over internal processes associated with rendering services to individual Clients,
- Issue of brokerage orders by authorized brokers,
- The following teams remain ad disposal to ensure convenience and satisfy the need and requirements of our customers:
Branch
Basic tasks:
- Rendering direct services to all DMBH Clients in accepting and performing instructions and orders associated with the investment account operated by the Client,
- Execution of brokerage agreements,
- Distribution of investment fund participation units,
- Providing all information to Clients and prospective Clients relating to the details of DMBH’s offering of services.
Typical activities performed at the Branch:
- Executing of brokerage agreements,
- Accepting and performing buy/sell orders for financial instruments traded on the organized market (WSE and BondSpot),
- Accepting buy/sell orders for investment fund participation units,
- Accepting registration for publicly securities offered, in the distribution of which DMBH participates,
- Accepting of other instructions within the scope of services offered by DMBH,
- Providing detailed information about products available through the DMBH, as well as information materials, analytical reports and marketing materials.
Branch staff remains at disposal of our Clients from Mondays to Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; cash desk services are provided from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
