Our activities include:
- Providing services to individuals and selected institutional clients in sale of products offered by DMBH,
- Client services associated with operating of the securities account, derivative rights account, property rights account and money account,
- Organization and providing services to clients in non-public trading organized through the DMBH,
- Current control and supervision over internal processes associated with rendering services to individual Clients,
- Issue of brokerage orders by authorized brokers,
- The following teams remain ad disposal to ensure convenience and satisfy the need and requirements of our customers:
Call Centre
Basic tasks:
- Telephone based services to all DMBH Clients in relation to accepting and performing instructions and orders associated with Client’s investment account (for Clients who have executed an Agreement allowing placing of orders and instructions over the telephone),
- Providing Clients and prospective Clients with information relating to the detailed offer and services provided by DMBH.
Clients may also submit the following through our Call Centre:
- Buy/sell orders for financial instruments traded on the organized market (WSE, BondSpot) as well as canceling instructions previously submitted over the telephone or using other technical facilities,
- Registration for publicly offered securities, in the distribution of which DMBH participates,
- Other instructions within the scope of services offered by DMBH and services associated with the investment account.
DMBH Clients may also receive the following information through the Call Centre:
- Balance of the brokerage account and financial account,
- Performance or non-performance of instructions submitted,
- Current prices of individual securities (Reuters information and Warset stock exchange systems),
- Current news from the capital market (PAP and Reuters information systems),
The Call Centre remains at the disposal of our Clients from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
