Services rendered by DMBH in primary market offerings include issue sponsoring addressed to issuers of dematerialized securities. These services includes performance of the following activities associated with securities already registered at the NSD, but not yet deposited by shareholders on their securities accounts:

• Preparation and operation of the holders of securities register,
• Issue and updating of certificates of deposit on request of securities owners, including certificates of deposit allowing participation in general meetings of shareholders,
• Verification of date entered into a certificate of deposit with issue sponsor register data when an instruction for depositing securities on the holder’s account is received,
• Services associated with performing rights from securities,
• Services associated with performing preemptiveg rights to newly issued shares,
• Share conversion services.
