The COB DMBH team has many years of expertise in managing secondary market offerings. This includes new share issues, with or without preemptive rights, as well as offering sale of existing shares in the name of the holders thereof.

DMBH provides efficient and effective conducting of the secondary market offering, playing the role of an advisor and/or offerer. DMBH provides services depending on the type of offering, including:

• End-to-end transaction management and managing the team of advisors involved in the transaction;
• Assistance in selection of other advisors;
• Preparation of transaction time-schedule;
• Participation in preparing of documentation necessary to prepare the offering (Prospectus, Information Memorandum, etc.);
• Supporting the company in proceedings before capital market institutions (Polish FSA, WSE, NSD);
• Managing final stages of the transaction, i.e. book-building, determination of issue price, allocation of shares, settlement, admission into trading, stabilization of share price.
