In The Ranking of Customer Service Quality of Brokerage Houses for retail customer segment published by Puls Biznesu daily (27.04.2010) we ranked second scoring 92,9 points for 100 possible. The survey was carried out for the sample of 15 higest brokers using a "Mystery Client" by Dive-AdHoc. They researched employees comuniction skills, their competences, personal culture and customer service's atmosphere.
